Goals for Literacy & Math

1. Using standards to accelerate learning while bridging gaps from unfinished learning: Teachers have been planning units and lessons that incorporate learning standards from the previous year that were missed due to the closure during Covid-19.

2. Utilizing technology to differentiate instruction based on learning needs: Teachers are developing math and literacy lessons, on various technology platforms, to increase student achievement.

3. Increase student engagement in reading fluency and reading comprehension.

4. Daily practice in mathematical fact fluency and number sense.
